It's been over a year since my last update. Hmm.

I do have a totally awesome girlfriend and all, but I can't believe she has no idea what "Han shot first" means.

Only four people said they like my new glasses.

Watching early episodes of DS9 where Sisko is so keen on Jake joining Starfleet is kinda sad. Bu it all works out in the Bajoran sail-ship episode.

My girlfriend told me she tells people I look like Phillip J. Fry from Futrurama. And people apparently agree. I guess it's better than looking like Dr. Zoidberg.

Sitting in a salon right now, but soon I'll be watching the new Star Trek movie. I'm still sceptical, but hope the film surprises me. I'll be seeing the film with someone who doesn't even know who William Sharner is, so I'll be able to get a Trek Newbie's impression of this reboot.

I wish I still had my TOS communicator.

Today is my last day at my store and I'm actually kinda sad. WTF??? I thought I killed emotion years ago.

I'm going to model my leadership style off of Captain Sisko. I'm going to shave my head, grow a goatee and talk in a deep, booming voice.

I was just subjected to a 10 minute lecture by a customer when she asked me what I thought of Blagojevich and I noncommitally replied "it doesn't look good." Apparently, he is completely innocent and people made up these charges because the president elect is black.
